On-line counselling has been an additional option to face-face therapy since the late nineties and it is certainly on the increase. Many people see this as the right choice for them because of a variety of reasons: it could be your line of work, location, health issues, family commitments, disability or other.

Given our busy lifestyles, there are some apparent benefits about seeing a therapist online: less commuting (good for your pocket and the environment, while you save valuable time!), seeing the therapist from the comfort and safety of your own space, flexibility in terms of location changes.

I am well experienced working with clients from different countries expressing various issues, by using mainly Skype or via other video-calls (FaceTime, whatsup).

In order to make the most of all sessions, please ensure that you are in a private and comfortable space, with a good internet connection and without interruptions or distractions. Payment takes place in advance (at least 48 hours) through on line payment in order to commence a session, paid usually on a fortnightly or monthly basis.

On-line sessions are not appropriate for people in an acute crisis needing immediate help - If you are feeling high distress please contact your local Hospital/Doctor or psychological support services, and these services if you are in the UK.
