Counselling and Psychotherapy (individual and couple)
 
Psychotherapy and counselling starts with the initial session that focuses on what clients need and what therapy can offer. Counselling and therapy will then be adapted to client need and urgency, varying from client to client, and sometimes from session to session, between a more directive solution-focused approach, a more open-ended exploratory one, or a mixture of both. Depending on client need and the therapist's availability counselling can be short or longer term.
 

Professional Supervision

Offered to qualified or trainee therapists; on a one-to-one basis (50 min) or group supervision with two therapists (90 min). 
 

Life Coaching
 
For individuals who need to find a focused and practical way to better manage life's challenges, opportunities and pressures. Coaching is also provided to small organizational contexts. First meeting is used to assess current situation, identify problems and solutions, and set realistic targets. Further regular sessions are used to review and create necessary focus and structure as part of a goal-oriented process. Coaching is usually medium/short term lasting from 6 weeks to 6 months.

 
 Psycho-Educational Workshops

Workshops are facilitated by Leo Dolias and associate therapists as part of private, academic or work settings with theoretical, practical and experiential elements. Past workshops have received very positive feedback, and subjects have included: Stress management, Emotional intelligence, Work/life balance, Managing change effectively.
